Tec-Option manufactures automated assembly and welding equipment. We provide flexible modular tooling and assembly systems. We are the leader in flexible modular assembly systems, and we have the capability to support a wide range of manufacturing disciplines, including the automotive industry. We support most welding processes including spot, projection, MIG, hot upset, and drawn arc. Our standard patented system includes an X, Y, Z Station to Station cell, but we can also incorporate robot's or a combination of both to meet the requirements of our customers. We offer lean manufacturing advantages, utilizing one common machine style and several options to allow for numerous types of processes to be performed. From simple fastener affixing to complex geometry multi-process parts, our flexible Tec-Option machine system does it all. All solutions utilize interchangeable tooling modules that can be changed from one project to the next, typically in less than one minute with no tools or forklift required.
