We also provide a range of installation and ongoing maintenance services for commercial clients encompassing digital signage, electrical vehicle charging networks, smart home property developments, audiovisual, electrical and more. VIRTUAL TECH SUPPORT – We offer subscriptions for remote technical support over the phone, via an app and live online chat to Australians anywhere across the country, 7 days a week, 362 days a year. This includes supporting our customers and helping solves problems in using their computers, tablets, mobiles, peripherals and smart home devices. WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT – We manage our national workforce, including capacity, scheduling, workforce mobility, performance management and compliance and governance, through our proprietary system, Streamline.
