About Technagy IT

From our inception in 2012, Technagy IT was always about three things: building a business that could serve our customers with integrity and character, deliver on our promise of service excellence, and provide a customer experience that will lead to our clients becoming raving fans. This is our recipe. It’s worked for us, and we don’t see it changing. We started from humble beginnings: no investment or capital to launch, just our knowledge, skills, and commitment to work hard for every client we had. In our early days, we focused on building infrastructure and were extremely fortunate to partner with the Salvation Army to design one of the first server clouds for their organization. As we grew and worked with a diverse range of companies, we discovered that many of these companies’ biggest struggle was in finding reputable, responsive, and affordable technical support. Beginning in 2014, we started shifting our focus towards managed IT support and since then, we’ve used our background in infrastructure and commitment to our relational business approach to create a strong understanding of the strategic and tactical IT needs that all businesses face. As a full-service managed IT services company, we’ve partnered with business types ranging from engineering, architectural, and construction companies to logistics, manufacturing firms, start-ups, and global brands. We’re committed to going above & beyond for our clients and we continue to do everything with the integrity and values that our business was founded on.
