About Téchne

Téchne is an Italian Private Company operating for many years with success in several fields. Currently we are specialized in designing and manufacturing many products, especially for Oil & Gas applications. We started our experience more than 20 years ago machining components for valves and wellheads in standard and/or exotic alloys; every year we extend our focus also in new products and markets. Thanks to the support of our R&D specialists, we are now experts in the design and production of: -Pressure Fittings -SBB/DBB Ball & Needle valves -Instrumentation Valves -AXY - Auxiliary Valves -High Pressure Sealant Pumps -Special and Tailor-Made Valves -Metal tube Connection Fittings We are able to guarantee 100% all the processes implemented at our factory. Our Engineering department is specialized both in standard and especially Tailor-Made solutions; we are able to design and test for application in service up to 20Ksi working pressure and more. Nowadays we have installed in our production department more than 30 CNC machines with a high level of technology. Since the beginning of our history, we have been specialized in machining components in accordance with Customer’s drawings; currently we are able to machine small parts using CNC Swiss Lathe and CNC Lathe (double or triple turrets) with bar loaders, up to bigger size of components (max 5 tons) thanks to the support of several CNC Lathes & 5 axis Machine Centers. Thanks to CMM Zeiss, FARO Arms & Laser Scanner we guarantee an elevated monitoring of all internal phases; we can also provide Engineering Reverse service and 3D Prototyping. Our quality & HSE system is certified in accordance with following standards: -ISO 9001:2015 -ISO TS 29001:2020 -ISO 14001:2015 -ISO 45001:2018 -API-6A License n° 6A-1280 -PED/CE – DIR 2014/68/EU Annex III – Module B&D All our internal processes are implemented to satisfy API Q1 requirements.
