TSEP was founded in 1988 as “Technische Software Entwicklung Plazotta”. Already in the early nineties TSEP worked in the field of communication engineering and telecommunication. At the end of the nineties TSEP was entrusted with lager software projects in communications engineering and in telecommunications. With the beginning of the new century, the spectrum of the development at TSEP expanded into the fields of verification and measurement. Over the years TSEP saw the number of developed hardware-related software components grow as well as on increase of the customer enquires for hard and software solutions. For this reason, TSEP decided to offer the development of hardware in 2005. The customer response was more than positive. To this day TSEP has created dozens of hardware developments for its customers, which were brought successfully into series and are in use today. TSEP is a worldwide operating and expanding company with more than 20 employees and an average growth of more than 10% per year. With our internal Quality-Management department and our test process based on ISO 900x , we are able to retain our excellent quality of our products and services. Since ten years, TSEP has been training its own employees, to optimally cover the human resource requirements. TSEP collaborates with universities, high education institutions and technical secondary schools.
