Technical Solutions 24 Seven was originally formed in 1986 to repair and service robotic and CNC equipment. Since its inception, the company has grown and diversified. We currently provide electrical and mechanical designs, drive systems, control and instrumentation, electromechanical systems and process engineering services. We pride ourselves on a ‘can do’ attitude and try to help our customers remain in production with their installed equipment where the cost of replacing complete production lines is prohibitive. We are an industry leader in repairing and supporting obsolete control systems. With our vast experience working with these obsolete control and automation systems, we can put in place either a complete support package of repair or purchase of the third-party refurbished components/parts. Thanks to the in-house design facility, we can re-manufacture or migrate to more modern equivalents within the same manufacturer. Throughout the 90s, our company’s expertise significantly expanded into the non-destructive testing industry, and today, we are the leading supplier of NDT equipment and service. Our NDT immersion and UT immersion solutions are custom-built to the highest aerospace specifications. We provide engineering services to blue-chip companies in the oil and gas, aerospace, water and utilities, automotive, marine and other sectors. We have achieved certifications to the internationally recognised ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, establishing us as one of the leaders in its field.
