About Technology Outreach Foundation
The Technology Outreach Foundation (TOF) is a new public charity that recently gained 501(c)(3) status that aims to bridge the digital divide in Memphis, Tennessee, and The Bronx, New York by providing students access to technology such as personal devices and hotspots, and educating others on computer science and business principles. The TOF was founded by 2 young African-American men, Andrew Ellis & Hakim Sadik, who are advocators for equitable student access to technology that plays a vital role in student success. As a new non-profit, the TOF is currently searching for funding to provide equitable access to technology that would bridge the digital divide in Memphis and The Bronx, no matter how big or small.
