Techospitality was created by LeRoy Hand in 2016 to meet the growing demands of the Ballarat and District Hospitality industry. LeRoy has over 20 years of Hospitality experience and has worked in over 15 restaurants in all areas of the industry including part owner in the successful re-launch of The Lake View Hotel. LeRoy then moved into the training sector providing accredited training to apprentice chefs in the Ballarat area for a further 4 years, during this time he provided a range of services to his clients and as demand grew Techospitality was created. Techospitality specialises in 3 key areas; Personalised Training - We design and deliver training to meet all your individual staffing requirements including upskilling, efficiency, underperforming, leadership or specific task training. Employment solutions - We provide a range of employment solutions including full recruitment services for all hospitality positions. We also have a number of quality, well trained chefs that are available for all "on call" requirements including covering sick leave, holidays, walk outs or busy festive functions. Techospitality can even be employed to cover specific catering events whether on or off site. Consultancy - Techospitality provides consultancy to improve all areas of your hospitality venue including menu development, standard recipe creation, profit/loss analysis, wages/rosters, kitchen design, team building/culture development, HACCP compliance, new technology/programs, management systems, supplier pricing reviews and more.
