We are a small, family owned business based in South Wales, with over 30 years of experience manufacturing inspection systems for the print industry. As a world leader in the field and the first to produce our product, we count among our customers some of the most prominent label, flexible packaging and security printers across the globe. We will customise, demonstrate and install your system as necessary. Tecscan's standard and most cost-effective systems include the CS1 and CS2 for observing print on-line at high speed. Higher spec systems such as the CS3 and CS4 include higher resolution, larger area of view and a large range of features such as image storage, multi position memory, invisible UV ink and cold seal viewing. Advanced systems include the AVIS automatic defect detection and the HPQ embossed hologram inspection systems which are specifically developed and individually tailored for each application. Tecscan also manufacture the WEBRANGER automatic repeat length control system, which allows repeat length to be controlled to within 0.1mm automatically.
