Teens Excelling Beyond is a Non-profit foundation helping homeless teen females by providing group home and residential housing with a family atmosphere. We are a business initiative that seeks to reduce the rate of homelessness and poverty among female teens in Oklahoma. Mission: To Establish A Safe, Encouraging Group Home For Female Teens and Ensure They Are Given The Tools & Knowledge To Transition Into Successful Adults. Vision: To Change Mindsets, Reduce Teen Pregnancy, Lower Dropout Rates, and Enhance College & Trade Graduates. Offering a solid foundation to ensure female teens have all the tools needed to grow, mentally, educationally, physically, financially, and parentally. We Provide: ► A nurturing and supportive environment ► Comfortable family home setting ► Educational Support & Guidance ► Assistance with life’s basic needs ► Life skills to help you succeed ► Community Outreach We help teens through the funds raised from donations made by individuals and corporate organizations, local groups, charity organizations, religious organizations, private investors, and the government. Founder Cassandra Prear story: As a teen mom, she struggled with finding the path of life. Grown-up in north Tulsa, it wasn't easy to see success because it was not around her. All she saw was struggle and people trying to make a way out of nothing. It wasn't until she went to Margaret Hudson(a school for teen pregnancy), she realized she was not alone and there were people willing to help her. They saw something in her that she did not see in herself and for that she is forever grateful. Once she graduated from the program and had her son she was able to the world in a different way. From then on she wanted to help and be an inspiration to young girls who is just like her.
