About Teknik Consulting
We are a flexible and dynamic company, managing a pool of talented technical staff. The business was established primarily to provide quality ICT maintenance and support to Victorian schools. We are based in Shepparton and believe that in our geographical area we stand out from other providers in regards to the number of technicians at our disposal, and therefore our ability to ensure continuity of support. Because of our strategic alliance with the established ICT business, CyberBUNKER, we are in the enviable position of having access to a facility that is constantly developing and training the next generation of technicians. Some of our CyberBUNKER technicians have already taken the pathway from the CyberBUNKER business into roles as Specialist Technicians for DEECD. Additionally CyberBUNKER also provided training and documentation services, primarily to large corporations implementing or making significant changes to their ERP system, and substantial software development companies. Teknik Consulting took over this arm of CyberBUNKER, December 2010. Our business has a special emphasis on Total Quality Management, and this tool is built into everything we do. We have a business philosophy that centres around customer service excellence, and our staff are trained to live by our motto - "Enabling people to focus on what they do best".
