La santé mentale de la communauté est au cœur de nos préoccupations et c’est avec des techniques éprouvées d’écoute active que nous parvenons à aider ceux et celles qui nous appellent. Nous répondons à toute personne qui souffre de solitude, de stress, qui est en détresse psychologique ou en colère, ou qui a simplement besoin de se confier à quelqu’un qui les écoutera sans les juger. La demande de services de prévention en santé mentale ne cesse de croître. Nos bénévoles sont à l’écoute depuis plus de 50 ans. Notre service est gratuit, anonyme et confidentiel. Nous sommes fiers de faire cadeau d’un outil indispensable au soulagement de la santé mentale de notre communauté. ___________________________________________________________________________________ WHO WE ARE? Founded in 1971, Tel-Aide Montréal is the largest generalized listening center in the province and the only one to offer a bilingual service. The mental health of the community is at the heart of our concern and, by using proven active listening techniques, we help those who call us. We answer to all suffering from loneliness, stress, psychological distress, anger, as well as those who simply need to confide in someone without being judged. The demand for mental health prevention services is growing. We offer a free access to our active listening service, which is anonymous and confidential. Our volunteers have been listening night and day, year round, for over50 years.
