Telcominds, Inc works with call centers, carriers, and other businesses on high demand VoIP applications. We currently support hundreds of millions of minutes of inbound and outbound voice traffic, and have worked in VoIP telephony since the crazy beginning of VoIP. We support all types of VoIP and TDM applications, and we're major contributors to the open source world. Our core strengths include high velocity calling applications, creative VoIP engineering, cost reduction, and carrier billing audit and analysis. Our two most popular products (which by the way retail under 5k) are: TM Gateway, which is a high velocity TDM to SIP Gateway appliance that can be customized to support virtually any dialer configuration (digital / analog / T1-E1-J1) at a very affordable price. N x 8 T1 configuration most common. TM Router, which is an out of the box session border controller / VoIP router which allows carriers and call centers to route tens of thousands of simultaneous calls at phenomenally high cps. For the call center, the TM Router can perform call routing, TCP/UDP translation, NAT support, IPSec connections to carriers, and a fully functional LCR engine.
