Key innovations from Princeton Instruments have included the industry’s first spectroscopy camera to feature a photodiode array, the first spectroscopy camera to use a CCD, and the first high-performance gated, intensified CCD camera. We have also designed CCD cameras with the highest sensitivity available for scientific imaging applications (~2 e- rms read noise with >90% quantum efficiency). Princeton Instruments also continues to set new technological standards with our multi-grating monochromators and spectrographs. Leading-edge instrumentation includes IsoPlane imaging spectrographs, LS Series lens spectrographs, TriVista triple-spectrograph systems, and SpectraPro imaging spectrographs. Teledyne Princeton Instruments is a registered ISO 9001:2015 company with two U.S. manufacturing facilities, one located in New Jersey (Trenton) and one in Massachusetts (Acton). Our worldwide sales and service organizations in Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Japan, and China provide sales support and discuss application requirements in addition to being your local contacts for order processing and service.
