About Telemarketing

Telemarketing company was established in Lithuania in 2004 to order to provide outsourced telemarketing services. Starting from 2012, the company has expanded to Slovenia and later in 2015 to Croatia (exited in 2022) and Slovakia. We perform only outbound activities in local languages. Our main partners are direct marketing, utilities companies, who needs new clients and/or wants to up-sell/cross-sell old ones. Especially in B2C area. Our services are: sales of goods or services on behalf of our client‘s name; search for potential customers; arranging the meetings; surveys, etc. At the moment we have more than 180 qualified employees in Lithuania, specializing only in the telesales, with average tenure of 4 years. There are approx. 25 employees in Slovenia and ~40 employees in Slovakia.
