We bring together children and adults from both communities to share their stories in theatrically innovative productions and programs to promote awareness, understanding and acceptance. Tellin’ Tales Theatre is small, dynamic, volunteer-driven organization that provides life-altering programs and matchless opportunities to children and adults with and without disabilities. What makes Tellin’ Tales Theatre clearly different from other organizations is not only its mission and methodology, but the remarkable balance of volunteers and mentors - with and without disabilities - dedicated to giving children and adults a forum for writing and performing transformative works. With decades of experience, this makes a big impact on the lives of those who participate, their families, the community and the audiences who faithfully attend performances.
