About Tembisa Women In Energy Association (TWEA)
The mandate of TWEA is to represent New Entrants Women in South Africa in the Energy sector throughout the value chain i.e. Upstream, Midstream, Downstream, and Renewable Energy. We advocate on behalf of our Members and Beneficiaries to recommend economic policy changes in order to create a thriving business environment. We facilitate market access for New Entrants to establish and grow their businesses. We deploy the use of various methodologies to empower New Entrants with supplier capabilities development. We ensure that there are fair opportunities for New Entrants to access Government and Private Sector business. We partner with our Members in identifying access to markets, recommendation of consortiums, and collaboration of New Entrants to enable capacity to deliver on any given project.
