Temp Social Work provides licensed social workers to your organization on a temporary basis. We are the ideal solution for hospitals, schools, skilled nursing facilities and other organizations in the following scenarios: •Employee turnover •Maternity leaves •Leaves of absence •Unexpected growth in your organization •Holiday and Vacation Coverage •Program Start Up All of our Social Workers are licensed and experienced and able to “jump right in” with little or no training. We have Social Workers who are willing to work both Full-Time and Part-Time and our staff is available weekdays, nights and weekends. HOSPITALS Our licensed social workers are available to help with vacancies, high census periods and staff leaves. They are skilled in conducting patient conferences, family and patient counseling and effective discharge planning to prevent costly readmissions. LONG TERM CARE & TRANSITIONAL CARE UNITS Our licensed social workers have experience in long term care facilities and transitional care units. They are able to perform: •MDS’s, CAA's •Care plans •Care conferences •Admission paperwork •Discharge planning SCHOOLS Our licensed school social workers are certified to practice in schools and able to step right in to work with your students. They are well-versed in IEP work, crisis intervention and referral services to students and their families. They can also conduct formal and informal assessments and work effectively with a multidisciplinary team. HOME CARE UNITS Our licensed social workers are qualified to provide visits to home care clients in their private residence. We work with clients covered by Medicare, private insurance companies or private pay. COMMUNITY AGENCIES Temp Social Work provides social workers for many types of social service agencies including: care management agencies, adult day services, senior housing, assisted living, and block nurse programs.
