The Temple of Peace: A Celebration of creatives contributing to Peace. For Peace Seekers Join us at the Temple of Peace during this year's Dutch Design Week in Eindhoven from October 19-27 at Strijp S in Eindhoven. DDW has 350.000 visitors/participants in 9 days and is the biggest Design Event in Northern Europe. We are the prizewinner of the Open Call for Grand Objects Dutch DesignWeek for DDW 2024. We are aiming for Diversity and Inclusion in the design community. The Temple's exterior is a display of peace flags, created by 80 Dutch designers in collaboration with 80 artists from diverse cultures and backgrounds. Each flag tells a unique story, weaving together a tapestry of unity and creativity. It will be a network event where policymakers, entrepreneurs, peace and human rights organisations plus multinationals come together with the creative industries. This is your opportunity to connect, share, and grow within a supportive network. Join us in a space designed to inspire interaction and collaboration. Meet, play, and learn from fellow creatives and organizations who are thriving for peace and equality and leave with new ideas and lasting connections. What can you contribute to Peace? During Dutch Design Week you can contribute yourself by making all sorts of items for Peace in our Makers Lab. The Temple of Peace is a space where collaboration thrives and creativity knows no bounds. We will introduce our participants over the summer so you will get a taste about their talent and design creations.
