About Temple University Financial Planning Association
The Financial Planning Association’s (FPA) mission is to help students cultivate an understanding of the latitude of topics in the personal financial planning/advising industry. Members will learn about the value of a Certified Financial Planner™, goals-based wealth management, current regulation changes, behavioral finance, and relationship building from senior financial advisers in the Philadelphia area. Our speakers represent numerous firms looking to hire passionate students for internships and jobs. Other opportunities to connect with employers include an exclusive “FPA Career Day” and networking events. FPA prepares members to succeed by holding interview/resume workshops with the Center for Student Professional Development and other Student Professional Organizations.
