About Temple Well-Being

We are a Community Interest Company located in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire supporting children, young people, families and professionals. We promote the social, emotional, mental, physical and spiritual well-being of children, young people and adults through the facilitation and delivery of 1 to 1, small group sessions, and workshops specialising in emotional regulation, positive psychology, CBT, relaxation and mindfulness techniques. Our mission is to provide support that is culturally relevant, timely, accessible, impactful and effective. We value collaboration! Our partnerships include grassroots organisations as well as larger organisations such as Relax Kids and Local Services To You (LS2Y).
