Tempo is Italian for rhythm and movement, and these two elements serve as the core for everything Tempo Boxing does. The primary focus is on using timed, controlled body movements to create a fun, challenging and original form of martial arts training, mixed with contemporary exercise techniques and scientific principles that take your fitness to the next level. Tempo Boxing also offers you the chance to try a martial art without all the pressures and rituals that usually involves. Tempo Boxing can be geared to match the skill and fitness level of everyone from beginners to seasoned martial artists. As I designed this system over the past twelve years, I've always kept three things in mind: make it easy to learn, easy to perform, and fun to practice! There is also a minimum of downtime in class because I know your time is precious.
