Established in 2010 by Shaun Factor and Marc Blecher, Tempo Capital is a Hedge Fund focusing on actively managing investments in Listed and unlisted Companies and ventures. Our Investment Analyst, Dee Pearson, completes what is a small but very focused team. With a focus on small Cap companies, we are actively looking to establish positions in companies within high profile sectors of the market. This may be via on market purchases, or via funding arrangements with companies in exchange for Equity. Our time frame varies depending on the sector and company. An advantage for companies raising capital through us, is the lower cost of raising capital compared to investment banks and brokers. We also offer converting notes and underwriting services. Tempo capital through partnerships over the world also has access to USA Property Investments, and Broadway productions. Recent examples of our broadway investments include the highly successful " Book of Mormon" and "How to Succeed in Business without really trying. Seed capital is also an interest and Tempo Capital has established investments in a variety of start-ups, mainly focused on but not limited to the internet/ e-commerce sector. Tempo Capital is actively looking for new investments in either listed or unlisted sectors and we are happy to establish partnerships with like minded investment companies to achieve these goals.
