Physical Community Physical building with 2 floors 1st floor - studio and boutique gym, a therapy room and a further 6 rooms which is currently used for storage with potential for upgrade 2nd floor - communal office hot desk space, podcast room, photography studio, communal kitchen, 4 private offices Large outdoor space for community garden or events Benefactors for Tempo Community would ideally be the youths to offer them services which will lead to health and wellbeing as well as skill development to allow them to generate income. These would be trending skills such as content creation, design and branding. We would be battling isolation and developing self confidence through the community space. Skills around data literacy and tech would also be vital. Each room can support the start up of 1-2 social enterprises which could have aligned benefactors however targeting a different service and product offering. This would have future benefits in forming a consortium for securing funding, but also protection of assets. This concept would be based around purpose driven businesses to support the local grassroot community. With a variety of businesses their will be synergy in developing unique product mixes and offerings to the community. The community would ideally be based on a coop model.
