Ten takes a fresh approach to business consulting. How is Ten different? Ten helps all kinds of businesses flourish and grow by giving flexible, high quality support that meets their needs. We’re totally focused on developing winning strategies with measurable results – the difference is how we do it. Initially, I will work closely with your team for 10 days to generate an overview of your keys issues, identify the opportunities for growth and develop a topline action plan. Thereafter the Ten approach is completely flexible – you decide how much you would like us to be involved. So what about me? I have over 30 years experience in industry including board level roles within ICI Paints. I’ve managed business units in the UK and Ireland (with turnovers of €60m) and held senior roles on the management team of AkzoNobel’s Decorative business (with annual sales of more than €5bn). I was also Marketing Director for Dulux in the UK and Ireland and more recently had a global Innovation role operating in Asia, North America, Latin America and Europe. I have been fortunate to have worked on some great brands and with many inspirational people. I also know how consultants can add value and how sometimes they don’t ! I would now like to share my knowledge and experience to help your business succeed.
