Ten Minutes by Tractor is an acclaimed Mornington Peninsula winery specialising in Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. In addition to our winery we have two restaurants: a two hatted fine dining restaurant - Ten Minutes By Tractor and a french bistro - Petit Tracteur. We are passionate about what we do here and strive to create a unique and personal experience for each of our guests. Those people we are looking for will have, above all, a passion to learn and move forward in an encouraging, professional team environment; they will also have experience in similar situations and a wide-ranging knowledge of produce, technique, wine, service and hospitality in general.
