TEN3 is an independent organization, able to work with any of the churches that embrace the transformational model. We see African churches overcoming the severe challenges they currently face and emerging as world leaders in education and the spread of the Gospel. What makes education transformational? Some of the key principles outlined in our model include use of the traditional African pedagogical principles that research has outlined as being key to success, making the curriculum and methods appropriate to the culture and resources of African schools, integrating areas of study into a consistent biblical worldview, and most importantly, centering all on Christ.
