WHO WE ARE About Tenacity Financial Services Since June 2007, Tenacity Financial Services has been one of the supporting services for the Pepkor, providing private label credit cards to retailers within the group. Our credit programmes are highly regarded for their simple pricing structures, quick time to market, and ongoing professional support. We currently operate in South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, running credit programmes for Pep, Ackermans, Shoe City, Refinery, Dunns, and Tekkie Town. OUR TEAM The members of our executive team have worked together with substantial success for almost 20 years. Collectively, they enjoy in excess of 100 years worth of experience in several leading industries, including retail, banking and technology. Our business philosophy is to limit bureaucracy and ensure a dedicated focus on precise execution, with our results reflecting the soundness of this approach. OUR OFFERING Through our specialised credit programmes, we aim to assist retailers with direct growth in turnover, and substantially enhance their customers’ retail experience as well as their retailer/customer relationships. We believe that the credit market is currently in its most challenging phase as a result of significant regulatory changes and macro-economic challenges. Our strength lies in effectively managing retail credit programmes and our track record reflects our focus on improving profitability per customer or product. We offer In-Store Private Label Credit cards, Gift Cards, Virtual Vouchers and Lay Bye solutions. INTEROPERABILITY Each of our Retailers carry their own brand as well as an A+ mark depicting interoperability. Each retailer's card is accepted for purchase and payment wherever the A+ is indicated.
