Providing a fitness facility in the office building is a necessary lease incentive. The rising cost of health care for employers and employees also motivates employees to participate in wellness programs. Tenant Wellness was created to meet the needs of employees by providing an on-site wellness program of exercise, guided activities, and mental stimulation. Programs and activities that promote physical, mental and emotional health that result in better productivity and healthier lifestyle... Proven successful activities include yoga, Tai Chi, Qigong, meditation and relaxation techniques. Health and wellness speakers are scheduled monthly based on topics expressed by the tenants through research and continual feedback.
