TENAX grupa today is a group of companies in the Baltic's, managing producing companies and export development projects in North of Europe, its daughter companies TENAPORS SIA, TENAX PANEL SIA, TENAX INSTALL SIA today are among leading producers of sandwich panels for industrial structures and insulation solutions in Baltic countries. HISTORY SIA TENAX, the founder of TENAX grupa, a group of companies manufacturing products for constructing industry, was established in 1991 in Dobele, Latvia In 2008 a group of companies, TENAX GRUPA was created, and is today including @TENAPORS, @TENAXPANEL and @TENAXINSTALL – the activity of companies was re-designed according to product groups and logistics, due to strong business developments separately in each direction - products for industrial structures (sandwich panels) and general construction insulating solutions and facade elements, installation services, - developing each direction separately. TENAPORS SIA, an insulating material and facade elements, and TENAX PANEL SIA, sandwich panel producer, have expanded the group to become one of the leading producers in the Baltic states and has a significant market role in North Europe. Companies of TENAX grupa are currently exporting nearly 70% of its products to North Europe and Scandinavia, reaching a turnover of 25 mil EUR in 2018, have successfully launched a PU foam sandwich panel production plant early 2017, and established TENAX PANEL as a separate entity manufacturing sandwich panel plant from December 2018, in a result of restructuring its manufacturing company TENAPORS into two separate companies united by the group. Insulating Glass and constructing sealant division (TENACHEM SIA) was divested from the group in July 2015, marking further expansion of TENAX companies and its technical expertise in industrial insulating and constructive material market segment, where the group is planning to develop and ensure further growth.
