Taking development to the cities of the interior through the implantation of centers of coexistence and experience, Tenco Shopping Centers completes, in 2018, 30 years with countless successful enterprises and projects considered pioneers in the segment. Regarded as one of the most important Brazilian players in Shopping Centers, the Group is a reference in the sector and recognized as the only Company focused in the interior of the country, with a strong presence in cities considered to be regional hubs. Founded in 1988 as an engineering company in the areas of development and construction, from 2001, Tenco specialized in shopping centers, delivering more than 85 projects, of which 26 malls in 12 Brazilian states. The Company is currently the manager of thirteen shopping malls in four of the five regions of Brazil.
