About Tennessee Organization of School Superintendents (TOSS)
We provide advocacy at the state level for education issues that are high priorities for Tennessee schools. TOSS is comprised of district leaders who are committed to lifelong learning, best practice sharing, and continuous improvement. To support directors’ efforts, we are pleased to offer the Superintendent Leadership Institute (SLI), a variety of professional development opportunities throughout the year—including workshops, conferences, and other collaboration-focused trainings. In the spirit of public education advancement, these events are designed to bring superintendents together to dialogue, learn, share, and inform. We also offer the membership in the Associate Leadership Institute (ALI), providing school and district leaders high quality, hands-on, fully aligned professional development to improve engaged student learning in our state’s schools.
