About Tenslab z

Tenslab Sp. z o. o. is a dynamically developing group that includes: Calibration Laboratory, Testing Laboratories (Anti-Corrosion Laboratory and Destructive Testing Laboratories) and the Training, Certification and Supervision Department. Tenslab was established in 2014 with the establishment of the Destructive Testing Laboratory in Gdańsk, focusing on destructive testing (DT) of steel products, welded joints made of metals and their alloys, as well as plastics and composite materials. In 2016, the company expanded the scope of services provided to include calibration of measuring instruments, which is carried out by the Calibration Laboratory in Gdynia. In 2018, due to the growing customer demand for destructive testing, a second branch of the Destructive Testing Laboratory was established in Szczecin. In 2023, Tenslab again expanded the scope of services provided and opened the Anti-Corrosion Laboratory in Gdańsk. The main task of the new laboratory is to provide services in the field of: applied tests for anti-corrosion protection, qualification of painting systems (CPT), design of anti-corrosion systems and detailed issues in the field of cathodic protection. In 2023, the Training, Certification and Supervision Department was also opened along with the Welding School in Szczecin. The creation of the new department resulted from the needs of the local steel construction industry as support in training welding staff and improving their qualifications. Tenslab laboratories have been accredited by the Polish Center for Accreditation (PCA) for compliance with PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018-02. The Testing Laboratories have the accreditation number AB 1700. The Calibration Laboratory has the accreditation AP 180. The Training, Certification and Supervision Department is entered in the Register of Training Institutions under the number 2.22/00201/2023.
