Welcome to Tenuta Castello di Morcote, a 150-hectare family-run organic wine estate, located in some of the most stunning scenery in Switzerland. As you step onto our grounds, you are transported to a world where history and nature intertwine seamlessly. The Gianini family has passionately dedicated itself to this extraordinarily beautiful property since the 1930s. Vines have been cultivated here for generations, producing vibrant and elegant wines which express our unique terroir. At the heart of the estate stands the only medieval castle in the region. The 15th-century walls enclose an enchanting place, with courtyards and gardens from which you can enjoy spectacular views. A few steps from the castle, in the center of our vineyards, you can find the wine cellar, created from the renovated stone farmhouse. Here, tradition and innovation meet, creating the perfect atmosphere to truly experience our world of wine. Another gem of the estate is our boutique hotel, Relais Castello di Morcote. Situated in the historical village of Vico Morcote, just a few steps from the estate, this charming hotel hosts only 12 rooms. This 17th-century patrician house turned hotel, has been designed with every detail in mind to provide an unforgettable experience.
