Teracoat’s primary business is upmarket Seamless Resin Floors, floors that are specifically designed in Europe for use in high end homes and office suites. South African Property and Management companies are being introduced to floors that never have to be replaced as they can be top-coated when a tenant moves out, with a 48 hour return to service, and our client’s can choose a new colour. Teracoat manufacture a range of decorative acrylic modified wall and ceiling skims that are water proof and can be used indoors or outdoors in both residential and commercial environments. Teracoat – Where the art and science of coatings meet. Our mission is to give the South African market European standard, environmentally friendly, high-tech products that don’t crack and require re-sealing every few years. Products that are held to a sustainable standard that is unmatched anywhere else in the world. We make this claim as Teracoat products never end up in a landfills due to their ability to be re-coated at any stage giving them an unlimited life-cycle. They are also designed to be installed directly over tiles, paint or plaster, once again keeping old building materials off the scrap heap. Our Teracoat SA team have spent the last 8 years striving to get our process and service to the same incredible standards as our range of European products. We don’t always get it 100% right but we’re certainly getting close. We have paid school fees learning that a beautiful bonded floor is as good as the contractors substrate and are proud to say that we walk away from at least 30% of the substrate floors that we come across.
