Terpkos Engineering has provided civil and structural engineering services in Western Australia since 1988 on a wide range of commercial, industrial, institutional, housing and land development projects. The reputation of the firm is based on our ability to develop cost effective civil and structural solutions for a wide range of projects using materials that meet the specific aesthetic, durability and functional requirements. We take pride in developing appropriate solutions that are specific to each projects requirement’s and preparing a clear, thorough and well-co-ordinated set of drawings. Our office maintains the latest engineering software and seeks specialist assistance or programs where necessary to ensure all projects are thoroughly analysed to comply with current Australian or overseas standards where necessary. Our long relationship with the Housing Authority has allowed us to develop specialist experience in regional, cyclonic and remote area project requirements. This valuable experience has allowed us to develop long relationships with regional Architects and Builders which has recently expanded to the Northern Territory. We are also proud of our long relationship with Building Management of Works which has allowed us to provide engineering solutions for a wide range of State Government projects, many of which have won awards for excellence. Many of our luxury Housing projects have won Architectural or Building construction excellence awards.
