About Terra Investments
Terra Investments is the ground rent acquisition vehicle for a UK real estate investment company. We acquire Ground Rents as a long-term investment using our own capital. Set up in 2015, the principals behind Terra have built and managed substantial ground rent portfolios over many years and have are now acquiring more Ground Rents into a long term investment portfolio using our own capital. Our collective heritage is property development and investment, we do not look at acquiring Ground Rents in isolation. We understand how Ground Rents is just one part of the bigger picture of what developers are trying to achieve. We aim to use our capital not just to acquire Ground Rents, but to lend our money to developers who have funding gaps on their projects. We facilitate and enable development projects that would otherwise have stalled and in doing so, create our own Ground Rent market.
