Terra Nova Telecom is a facilities-based CLEC based in Tampa, Florida. We are primarily focused on servicing the wholesale ITSP market whose needs are unique and underserved. We provide solid, reasonably-priced PRI and SIP trunking services and we supply E911 database updates, CNAME database updates and directory listings for any DIDs that are ported in to our network. These and many other things are accomplished conveniently via our self-service OSS web portal. Our SIP trunking service also supports T.38 so that our ITSP customers can provide reliable fax lines to their customers. We also have other value-added services that our wholesale ITSP customers find valuable to service their own customers' needs such as resale POTS lines and SmartMail Fax, a fax-to-email offering. Our team is experienced, persistent and swift when it comes to porting numbers in for our customers.
