We are an independent and dynamic hotel consultancy. We are specialized in selecting the best hotel projects or properties on the market, creating a feasibility study, and accompanying the investor throughout the transaction process. In our portfolio we have both hotel development projects started from scratch, as well as existing hotels and resorts. We can choose the best hotel operator for each specific case, choosing among the most prestigious chains, operators and franchises. When the hotel transaction is already closed, we could offer the new owner services as: Asset management. Our clients and partners include private investors, investment funds, SOCIMI, banks with their own assets or at risk, real estate and more. We are concentrating on hotel projects and hotels in Spain, both urban and holiday. But we are also operating with properties in Andorra, Bulgaria, the Dominican Republic, Cuba, Mexico, and other Caribbean countries.
