We're a very discreet group of folks who have any participation in TESA Coaching or training at all. It's serious, it's advanced, and it's mission critical to anyone in a leadership or executive role looking to better themselves at work through great sucesses in the companies, but TESA also focuses to make sure that your life is in balance and your personal life and social life connect and work wtih this high pressure and high stakes game of capital you have. Tom is a retired President, VP, DOO, and Chief of a handful of companies, he works with so many more. Tom originated in TEC and Vistage back in the early 2000s post flying fighter planes and attack cobras for the US MARINE Corps as one of the highest ranks an officer can leave with. Although he's a Marine, he's a laid back normal guy that will stay on top of the key problems and explain what verbatim will happen if you choose to do something this was vs. the preferred or suggested and a month and a half later you could be clearing out inventory and moving it to a cheaper store or trying to rebrand your online site if you make certain mistakes. It's not your typical business lecturer. It's someone who truly only works with the people and teams he wants to work with due to the love of the business and growth, and to the relationship that the coach and the executive management team develop over a year or so of time or far less.
