About TESEM

TESEM was founded in 1989 with the goal of being an exceptional structural steel design and detailing company in Turkey. At that time the founders had more than 10 years of experience on large scale construction projects, allowing them to observe the need for a design firm that is also knowledgeable in fabrication and erection. With this observation, TESEM was founded with the philosophy of gathering designers from multiple disciplines together, who also have a firm grasp of fabrication and erection methods. After 25 years in practice, with a reputation of being the “go to address” for design and detailing of complicated steel structures in Turkey and worldwide, TESEM is far beyond its initial founding goals. TESEM has participated in over 900 structural steel projects in 36 countries. TESEM offers services to its clients for every project, whether small or large, as long as they require our assistance. Our project range varies from stadium and arena roofs to long span bridges, from multi-story parking structures to airport terminal buildings and from cement factories to convention center buildings. Learning from every project and letting our strong dedication for excellence guide our way, TESEM has grown steadily. Currently, TESEM provides basic structural design, reinforced concrete and structural steel detailing and consultancy services to its clients. The extensive knowledge and experience of TESEM staff in fabrication and erection methods enables us to provide efficient designs, which reflect as time and cost reductions to our customers. We believe consistency in our clientele is a good measure of our success and we are honored by the high ratio of our return customers.
