Our aim is to establish mentoring communities where women can: build community with each other. create connections that help each other achieve personal and professional success and build a sense of shared purpose to overcome the unique challenges facing women from cradle to grave. At Tessy's Brunches, we know how incredibly important it is to invest in women, ensuring that those often-invisible barriers, that has for so long held women back are tackled intentionally ensuring that every woman, irrespective of age, race or background is active, able to make informed choices and can effectively contribute to the overall economic growth of society. Research shows that women are estimated to control around 30% of global wealth, and studies show that when women earn more income, they tend to invest a higher proportion of it back into their families and communities, which stimulates economic growth. It is our believe that investing in women is not only the right thing to do, but it is also a smart investment for the future of societies and economies. Our quarterly events convene women for self-empowerment and life changing conversations as well as offers them the opportunity for speed mentoring and practical workshops which equips them with tools for navigating life and achieving personal and professional success.
