About Texas Commercial Glass Concepts
History – Texas Commercial Glass Concepts LP was founded in 2004 by Shawn Murphy and Glenn McCarty. What began as a small glazing contractor in a rented warehouse has now grown into a multi-million dollar company with over 16,000 square feet of office and shop space. Mr. Murphy continues to lead the company with a hands on approach and a strong emphasis on detail and communication. Employees – Our greatest assets are the individuals that make up Texas Commercial Glass Concepts. We at TCGC understand the importance of hiring the proper employees for certain environments such as schools, airports and government facilities. Therefore, our employment process requires each individual to go through a thorough background, security, and drug screening as well as safety training. It has always been our professional and moral obligation to staff our projects with individuals that represent the integrity from which our company is based. Reputation – Texas Commercial Glass has worked hard to establish a reputation in the industry as a proactive and honest subcontracting firm that delivers quality work in a timely manner. As a result, we have built strong and prosperous relationships with some of the largest and most respected general contracting firms in the nation. Resources – TCGC has cultivated long-term relationships with multiple financial institutions, dating back to the beginning in 2004. Through these relationships we have established an extensive line of credit in order to execute larger projects. In addition, we have the capability to provide bonding for larger projects as needed. Vision – We will be a preferred source of the glass and glazing industry by providing the highest quality products and services in a timely manner for our clients. This will be accomplished by keeping open lines of communication and building long term relationships with our clients, vendors, and associates.
