About Texas Electrician Training Company
CLR Technical Services LLC was founded by Charles Rogers in 2014 in the shadows of Technical Skills Development Services, which Charles began in 2000 and operated until its sale in 2012. Charles is a US Navy Vietnam Veteran and an experienced post-war electrician with well over 30 years in the trade. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Training and Development and a Master of Science Degree in Occupational Education. CLR Technical Services LLC's primary focus is the development and presentation of customized on-site shock and arc flash electrical safety training that satisfies employer requirements mandated by OSHA CFR 1910.331-335 and the current (2018) NFPA 70E Electrical Safety Training in the Workplace Standard. Employers may include in the class both qualified electrical workers and non-electrical workers such as operators, technicians, management, and others who do not normally maintain electrical equipment operating at 50 volts or more. Both Companies while under the direction of Charles hold an impressive clientele list. We invite you to visit our Testimonial Page that reflects that quality of our training with a brief sample of our satisfied customers. What makes us different for all the rest is that we focus our training on what is essential to your organization based on your particular electrical equipment and exposures. This process allows the employer to provide a safe yet productive workforce when it comes to electrical safety in your particular working environment.
