Charles is a US Navy Vietnam Veteran and an experienced post-war electrician with well over 30 years in the trade. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Training and Development and a Master of Science Degree in Occupational Education. CLR Technical Services LLC's primary focus is the development and presentation of customized on-site shock and arc flash electrical safety training that satisfies employer requirements mandated by OSHA CFR 1910.331-335 and the current (2018) NFPA 70E Electrical Safety Training in the Workplace Standard. Employers may include in the class both qualified electrical workers and non-electrical workers such as operators, technicians, management, and others who do not normally maintain electrical equipment operating at 50 volts or more.
