Texas Latino Pride is a dynamic nonprofit organization dedicated to celebrating and empowering the Hispanic/Latinx LGBTQIA+ communities across Texas. Founded in 2014, we've grown from a single annual event to a year-round force for positive change, cultural celebration, and community building. Our Mission: We strive to foster unity, promote inclusivity, and create safe spaces where individuals can authentically express their intersecting identities. Through our signature event, the Texas Latino Pride Fest, and various community initiatives, we bridge cultures, generations, and experiences. What We Do: • Organize the annual Texas Latino Pride Fest, a vibrant celebration of Latinx LGBTQIA+ culture • Provide platforms for Latinx LGBTQIA+ artists, performers, and businesses • Advocate for equitable access to health services, education, and resources • Collaborate with local and national organizations to amplify our community's voice • Offer year-round programming focused on cultural pride, health awareness, and social justice Our Impact: Since our inception, we've touched thousands of lives, sparked important conversations, and helped build a more inclusive Texas. Our work has inspired similar initiatives across the nation, from Oklahoma to Colorado.
