About Texas Network of Youth Services
The mission of TNOYS is to strengthen, support, and protect critical services for youth and families in Texas. We are a statewide network of members who share a vision of Texas where all young people are valued, their strengths are recognized, and they have access to the resources, support, and opportunities they need to live healthy and fulfilling lives. Our work is guided by a unique and comprehensive systems change approach focused on policy, practice, and participation.
