We serve individuals with behavioral health needs (mental illness), intellectual and developmental disabilities and children with developmental delays. At the heart of TPC’s work is our mission: To respond to the diverse needs of all people who require behavioral and developmental health services by creating an accessible system of care which supports choices and results in lives of dignity and independence.
