About TFB Consulting

I help individuals and organisations navigate the accelerating world of AI and culture transformation, with heart, clarity and psychological safety. With 25+ years in tech transformation, innovation, leadership development and change management, I bring together AI strategy with human-centred emotional intelligence. You don’t have to be ‘techie’ to lead in the future, just human. I founded TFB Consulting, LTD in 2013 to work with governments, top universities, global corporates and SMEs on leading successful tech and AI transformation. Whatever the sector, I develop in others the agility and resilience needed to grasp the opportunity of change. My background is in Human Resources, with a Master’s in HR and a career that began at Accenture, driving global transformation for clients like Barclays Bank, British Gas and 20th Century Fox. I went on to lead L&D globally for Colt Technology Services and later served as Senior Advisor to the UK Cabinet Office, supporting digital and technology skills across government. My work has spanned UK, US, Europe and South East Asia - with clients including HSBC, Imperial College London, KPMG and Government of Malaysia. Above is my street cred... the logos, the titles, the global gigs. But what’s more important to know about me is this: I care deeply about people. I’m not here to impress with tech jargon or digital buzzwords. I’m here to make change feel human, not overwhelming. I believe in compassion as a leadership skill, clarity as a form of kindness and humour as a survival strategy. I’ve been in rooms where transformation failed because people were scared to ask questions and I’ve made it my mission to create spaces where they don’t have to be.
