TFG is led by Vincent J. Franco, Maj, USAF, Ret. Vinny proudly served as a Major in the U.S. Air Force for over 20+ years. Upon retirement in 2003, Vinny continued to fly as a professional aviator for the Department Defense. With over 15,000+ flight hours and over 8,000+ combat hours across 1,518 total combat missions, Vinny’s expertise in aviation is unparalleled. His distinguished career, culminating in his final flight in 2022, earned him numerous accolades and honors for his bravery and leadership. Alongside his military achievements, Vincent pursued academic excellence, obtaining one bachelor’s degree and two master’s: a Bachelor of Arts in Business from The Citadel, a Master of Arts & International Relations from Troy State University, and a Master’s in Military Strategy from Air University Maxwell Air Force Base.
