To coach and educate clients and candidates on the benefits of flexible working, physically and emotionally. TG Talent are 2 sisters who knew they had the drive, determination, passion and empathy to coach and educate clients and candidates alike. There are thousands of talented people that have not had the chance to be presented with opportunities that are available to them now. The current flexible working way is opening doors for more creative working hours. Our end goal is to match people who need flexible working with like minded clients, giving both a new updated way of working. TG Talent was founded when Jade was finding a lack of transparency and honesty in a very uncertain time in the employment market. It was time to go back to work, however, with little guidance around it was proving difficult. Jade felt she needed a coach to walk her through her options, without having the door closed or being judged due to the need for flexible working. After a lot of coffee and conversations with Gemma, her sister, they decided if you want something done, do it yourself. Gemma, was in a flexible job working for a fantastic company, but she wasn’t able to help Jade find work. With years of recruitment experience between them and the knowledge of what working for a flexible company really means they took matters into their own hands and started TG Talent. Both Gemma and Jade are mums to 4 incredible children. Searching for a job that works around school drop offs, pick ups, after school clubs and such like.
